Incident Summary:

09/09/2008: On Tuesday, New People's Army rebels seized and torched three tractors belonging to the Tamlang Valley Agricultural Development Corporation in Sitio Cuadra, Mantikil village, Siaton, Negros Oriental, Philippines. The attack was to punish the Tamlang Valley Agricultural Development Corporation for promoting and planting jathropa and cassava. The vehicles were damaged but no casualties resulted.
