9/6/2008: On Saturday, at about 1920, in Singjamei Mayengbam, Imphal West, Manipur, India, assailants detonated a bomb at the home of Liberty Shoe store owner Moirangthem Biren, damaging the home but causing no injuries. A lever of a Chinese hand-grenade was recovered from the site. No group claimed responsibility but the People's Revolutionary Party of Kangleipak is suspected.
