08/26/2008: On Tuesday, at about 0730, in Tikrit, Salah ad Din, Iraq, assailants detonated a vehicle-borne improvised explosive device near the provincial Health Administration Building, wounding 13 people and damaging the government building. There was no motive reported and no group claimed responsibility.
