Incident Summary:

07/08/2008: On Tuesday, a remote-controlled bomb was planted by suspected Taliban insurgents on a bus transporting 12 Indian road workers and engineers for the Indian Border Road Organization in Khash Rud district, Nimruz province, Afghanistan. Police safely defused the device after its detection preventing any casualties from occurring. Police also arrested the driver of the bus for his suspected involvement. No claim of responsibility was made for the incident.
