06/23/2008: On Monday, a bomb partially exploded outside the offices of German drug maker Bayer AG in the Maroussi area of Athens, Greece, Greece. The bomb was in a box that contained a cellular phone attached to explosives. No casualties were reported but minor damages were done to the offices. No group claimed responsibility for the blast.

Criteria
Criteria 1
The act must be aimed at attaining a political, economic, religious, or social goal. In terms of economic goals, the exclusive pursuit of profit does not satisfy this criterion. It must involve the pursuit of more profound, systemic economic change.

Successful Attack
Success of a terrorist strike is defined according to the tangible effects of the attack.
