06/08/2008: On Sunday, in Mangalkhel, Musakhel, Khowst, Afghanistan, armed assailants fired upon the vehicle of district deputy governor, Mirzajan Nimgar, killing three private security guards, a police officer, and damaging the vehicle. No group claimed responsibility, although it was widely believed the Taliban was responsible.
