Incident Summary:

5/31/2008: Five members of El Houra katibat, a faction of Al-Qa ida in the Lands of the Islamic Maghreb (AQLIM), ambushed a military convoy in Sidi Mansour, Algeria. The assailants detonated a bomb before immediately fired into the convoy. One soldier was killed and one other was wounded.
