05/14/2008: On Wednesday morning, in an attempt to intimidate voters during West Bengal polling, West Bengal Communist Party of India (Marxist) (CPI-M) political party members and Trinamul Congress (TMC) political party supporters threw crude bombs at each other in the Panchla area of Howrah district, West Bengal province, India, injuring five people. No claim of responsibility was made for the incident.
