05/04/2008: On Sunday morning, a bomb planted by unknown militants exploded near the motorcade of Hiru Ibrahim Ahmad, the Iraqi President's wife, as it passed near the National Theater in the Karrada district of Baghdad, Baghdad province, Iraq. Hiru Ibrahim Ahmad escaped unharmed however the explosion injured four guards. No claim of responsibility was made for the incident.
