05/02/2008: On Friday evening at 1915, on the road between Mandali, Diyala, Iraq and Balad Ruz, Diyala, Iraq, armed assailants set up a fake checkpoint and kidnapped seven civilians. No group claimed responsibility, although some believed the Islamic State of Iraq (ISI) was responsible.
