04/17/2008: On Thursday, in Mogadishu, Banaadir, Somalia, a landmine exploded when the Somali Information Minister's vehicle struck it. Ahmed Abdisalan was not in the vehicle at the time, however, his personal driver and bodyguard were wounded, while the vehicle was also damaged. No group claimed responsibility.
