4/13/2008: On Sunday, suspected Palestine Islamic Jihad members shot at the car carrying Jamal Al Muhsin, the governor of Nablus, when he was traveling to the Balata refugee camp in Balata, West Bank, Palestine. The governor was not hurt but one of his bodyguards was wounded.
