04/07/2008: On Monday, suspected Al-Qaeda terrorists killed a clan chief and his three sons near the village of Khalis to the north-east of Baghdad, Baghdad province, Iraq. Sheikh Aziz Mohammed Faraj, head of the Obaid clan, was the leader of a local militia that was fighting al-Qaeda. No claim of responsibility was made for the incident.
