Incident Summary:

4/4/2008: On Friday, at 2300, a group of 25 Maoists militants abducted UML candidate Ashok Rai from Thoksila VDC in Udaipur, Rajasthan, India. Rai was abducted while he was sleeping and was released three hours later. Police arrested six Maoists for their involvement in the abduction.
