Incident Summary:

03/11/2008: A terrorism plot was foiled at Binoria University International (BUI), a religious institution located in the SITE area of Karachi, Pakistan. The terrorists entered a nearby electric substation and shut down the power supply to the entire area at 4:30 am. Later they were about to enter the University when a police guard challenged them and opened fire. One terrorist was injured while fleeing in a mini truck Shehzor. The number of alleged terrorists is about 12. No group claimed responsibility for the attempt.
