Additional Information A purported Taliban spokesman, Qari Mohammad Yusof, told AIP that Haji Abdol Baqi was injured in the attack while two of his men were killed. Abdol Baqi was also a close ally of Afghan warlord Esmail Khan, the incumbent minister for water and power.
