Incident Summary:

11/28/2007: A Muslim man who was a member of a government-backed militia was shot and killed in the Rueso district of Thailand’s Narathiwat Province. The man’s body was nearly decapitated with a knife before it was nailed to a cross-like structure of wood and left in the street. No one claimed responsibility for the attack.
