Incident Summary:

11/19/2007: Two people were killed and two were hurt when gunmen opened fire on an international aid group’s vehicle in the Shkashim district of Afghanistan’s Badakshan Province. One of the dead and the two injured were members of the Aga Khan Development network, while the other murdered person was a teacher who was getting a ride from the group. No one claimed responsibility for the attack.
