10/01/2007: Three Indian civilians were killed and 29 more were wounded when an improvised explosive device (IED) planted by an unknown number of United Liberation Front of Assam (ULFA) perpetrators and attached to a bicycle detonated in the evening in Doomdooma, Tinsukia (District), Assam State, India.
