Incident Summary:

09/16/2007: A car bomb outside a shopping mall killed two and wounded seven in Baghdad’s Mansour district, Iraq. Militants were also involved in a shootout with security forces shortly after the explosion. Up to ten civilians were killed during the incident. The perpetrators were unknown. The incidents took place as part of a string of incidents sweeping through Iraq during the beginning of Ramadan.
