7/23/2007: Unknown perpetrators, believed to be affiliated with the Islamic insurgency in Algeria, remotely detonated a homemade bomb targeting two municipal guardsmen at a watering hole near El Ancer, Algeria. The blast wounded both guardsmen and it is unknown if it caused any property damage.
