06/15/2007: No casualties were reported but a bus suffered minor damage when an improvised explosive device (IED) detonated on a Weena bus at approximately 6:05 PM outside the terminal in Cotabato, Davao del Sur Province, Philippines. No claim of responsibility was reported.

Criteria
Criteria 1
The act must be aimed at attaining a political, economic, religious, or social goal. In terms of economic goals, the exclusive pursuit of profit does not satisfy this criterion. It must involve the pursuit of more profound, systemic economic change.
