06/09/2007: One Afghan Police officer was killed and three others were wounded when a remote-triggered improvised explosive device (IED) planted by an unknown number of Taliban perpetrators detonated adjacent to their vehicle in Qarany, Alisheng District, Laghman Province, Afghanistan. The Taliban later claimed responsibility for the attack.
