06/08/2007: Hami Wani, a Thai civilian and deputy head of Ban Solo village, was killed and Hamu Jehvo and Muhamad Nakaji, his assistants, were wounded when an unknown number of unknown perpetrators fired small arms at his vehicle on a road in Rangae District, Narathiwat Province, Thailand. No claim of responsibility was reported.
