06/07/2007: Three Algerian Army soldiers were killed and seven others were wounded when a remote-detonated improvised explosive device (IED) planted by an unknown number of suspected Al-Qai’da in the Lands of the Islamic Maghreb (AQLIM) perpetrators detonated adjacent to their patrol in Beni-Ksila, Béjaïa Province, Algeria. No claim of responsibility was reported.
