Incident Summary:

02/26/2007: A bomb exploded inside the headquarters of the Iraqi Ministry of Public Works in an unidentified city in Iraq. Five people were killed and the Iraqi vice president and the minister were wounded. The attack came as the Iraqi cabinet approved a draft oil law crucial to regulating how wealth from the country's vast oil reserves will be shared by its ethnic and sectarian groups. No group claimed responsibility for the attack.
