Incident Summary:

02/21/2007: A roadside mine (a claymore-type bomb) killed three people and injured 16 at Ottamawadi in the district of Batticaloa, Sri Lanka. Police said they believed the rebel Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE) were behind the latest bomb attack in the restive eastern coastal district. No claim of responsibility was reported.
