Incident Summary:

11/24/2006: At least 23 died and 43 were wounded when a car bomb and a suicide bomb exploded simultaneously in the Iraqi city of Tal Afar outside a car dealership. One bomb was concealed in a parked car while the other was contained in a pelt worn by a pedestrian. No responsibility was immediately taken for the attack.
