Incident Summary:

11/21/2006: Anti-Syrian Christian Lebanese Industry Minister Pierre Gemayel was gunned down in Beirut, Lebanon, by an unknown number of unidentified number of gunmen. Gemayel was traveling through the city in his convoy when another car rammed his from the front. Gunmen emerged from the car and shot Gemayel in the head from point blank range. No claim of responsibility was reported.
