Incident Summary:

08/21/2006: Suspected members of the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) launched a grenade at a police vehicle in the city of Cali in Colombia’s Valle del Cauca Department, but the grenade missed its intended target and blew up near a group of bystanders, wounding five civilians. FARC made no claim of responsibility for the attack.
