Incident Summary:

08/03/2006: A bomb attack has been averted in Chechnya's Vedenskiy (District), Russian Federation. A source said. ‘An improvised bomb made of twelve 23-mm gun shells put in a plastic box and an electric detonator was found during a routine mine clearance operation two kilometres from the village of Oktyabrskoye.' No group claimed responsibility for the attack.
