Incident Summary:

07/14/2006:Two civilians were killed by an IED hidden in a tree in Tskhinvali, Georgia. The blast was thought to have targeted a deputy of the South Ossetian Parliament, however he was not injured in the attack. The perpetrator(s) were unidentified and there were no media accounts of any group claiming responsibility for the attack. No claim of responsibility was reported.
