07/07/2006: A civilian vehicle belonging to fishermen was attacked in Chechnya, Russian Federation. There were four fatalities and two injuries. It is believed that the fisherman were mistaken for law enforcement officials due to camouflage clothing. The perpetrator group is unknown. No group claimed responsibility for the attack.
