Additional Information Afghan authorities launched a massive manhunt for the perpetrators arresting 12 suspects. The PNG-Post Courier and The Associate Press state that the victim was Governor Sher Mohammed Aghunzada. AFP, however, indicates that the victim was Abdul Hakim Khan and that Governor Sher Mohammed Aghunzada commented on the circumstances of Khan's death.
