10/8/2005: Unknown perpetrators, believed to be affiliated with the Islamic insurgency in Algeria, detonated a roadside bomb as a military patrol drove through Tentara, Algeria. One soldier was killed and another soldier was wounded. Four children playing in the area were injured as well. Additionally, a nearby house was damaged.
