09/25/2005: A suicide car bomber rammed his vehicle into a police commando patrol in southeastern Baghdad, killing at least 10 people and injuring 12 others. Among the dead and injured were police commandos who were the intended target of the attack. Al-Qaida in Iraq claimed responsibility for the bombing.
