Incident Summary:

08/27/2005: Suspected Nepalese Maoists planted a land mine that exploded as bus passengers were clearing debris from the road near Shivapuri village on the Mahendra Highway in Nepal. Seven bus passengers were killed and six others were injured in the explosion. No group claimed responsibility for the bombing.
