Incident Summary:

08/02/2005: Nalaka Sampath Kumara, a former village guard, was shot while waiting with his wife and child at the Welikanda central bus stand in Sri Lanka. The victim was shot six times in the chest by suspected Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE) rebels on a motorcycle. He died on the way to the hospital.
