Incident Summary:

07/02/2005: Six people were killed and eight were injured when two bombs blew up near the town of Suveren in Turkey’s Bingol Province. The first bomb blew up on a passenger train, and the second exploded on a railway line near another train that was on its way to help the victims of the first blast. The second train was derailed by the bomb placed on the tracks. The People’s Defense Forces (HPG) claimed responsibility for the attack.
