Incident Summary:

06/18/2005: Separatists militants are suspected of shooting and killing Muhamadsamidin Tohma, a community police officer, in the Bacho district of the Narathiwat Province in Thailand. The community policing initiative was started to encourage young Muslims to ally with the government against separatists. No one claimed responsibility for the attack.
