Incident Summary:

12/20/2004: In the middle of mid-morning traffic, approximately thirty unknown, unmasked gunmen, hurling hand grenades and firing machine guns, attacked a car of five Independent Electoral Commission of Iraq workers in Baghdad, Iraq. Three of the employees, including a security guard, were dragged from their car, forced to kneel on the road, and shot in the head.
