Incident Summary:

07/26/2004: An oil tanker, owned by the Karachi-based National Oil Company, was attacked by two unidentified gunmen who were riding motorcycles in Chaman, Pakistan. Between six and eight bullets were fired at the tanker, causing oil to leak. The fuel was headed to a U.S. base in nearby Afghanistan. No group claimed responsibility for the attack and there were no casualties.
