Incident Summary:

07/03/2004: Palestinian Mohammed Rafiq Abdel Razek was gunned down and publicly executed by members of the Al Aqsa Martyrs' Brigades in the West Bank village of Qabatiya, after the perpetrators announced that Abdel Razek had collaborated with Israel and abused his two daughters. After the crowd chanted, "Kill him immediately," the attackers shot him with automatic weapons. According to Al Aqsa leader Jamal Abu al Rob, previous to the execution Abdel Razekbeen had been abducted by the group from a nearby hospital and interrogated for two days, during which time he confessed to spying for Israel and abusing his daughters.
