Incident Summary:

01/10/2004: Four people were killed and three were injured in a bombing that ripped through an Indonesian café-disco in Palopo, South Sulawesi province. The bomb was apparently hidden on the second floor of the building. The motive for the attack has not yet been determined. Indonesia has a long history of Islamic terrorism, however, authorities were reluctant to attribute the attack to Islamic terror groups.
