Incident Summary:

11/14/2003: Suspected militants attacked members of India’s Border Security Force who were patrolling part of Naseem Bagh in Jammu and Kashmir, India. Two soldiers and two civilians were injured when a rickshaw, which had been rigged with an improvised explosive device, exploded. No group claimed responsibility for the incident.
