11/03/2003: An assistant commandant of India’s Border Security Force, Yashpaul Singh, was injured when perpetrators detonated a bomb that had been placed inside an auto-rickshaw located in the Rambagh area of Srinagar, India. Although Singh suffered minor injuries, the explosion damaged his police vehicle. No group claimed responsibility for the attack.
