Incident Summary:

07/13/2003: Police received a phone call warning of a bomb in a hotel in Pamplona, Spain. Upon investigation Police found a four kilogram bomb inside a rubbish bin in the ladies restrooms of the hotel cafeteria. No group claimed the attempted attack but the Euskadi Ta Askatasuna (ETA) was suspected.
