03/17/2003: Three grenades exploded at an electricity substation in the southern village of Mailbuan, Philippines, injuring no one and causing minor damage. Three more rockets, which had failed to explode, were found at the site. Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) rebels were responsible for the attack.
