03/04/2003: Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias de Colombia (FARC) rebels blew up a power substation in Hobo, Colombia, destroying a high-capacity transformer and other equipment. The attack left more than 40,000 Hobo residents without electricity for at least a week.
