Incident Summary:

02/18/2003: During the afternoon, Om Radsady, a former MP who was an adviser to Cambodian King Sihanouk's son, and leading royalist party member, was shot twice and killed by an unidentified gunman in a restaurant in Phnom Penh. Two men on a motorcycle, one with a handgun, confronted a group of royalist party officials outside the restaurant. When they found Om Radsady, the gunman grabbed him by the collar and shot him. The police had no suspects.
